Celebrity Hairdresser Maurice Flynn's 90’s Curl Crush Favourites ❤️

Stuck in your everyday curly hair routine and fancy a change? Here are some ways to mix up your style with minimal effort. Changing the the way you style your hair or adding some accessories can give you the revamp you need and this season I’m all about the 90’s vibes!

The half pony up is best achieved with minimal effort to create that understated look. You can accessorise this look with a bandana or head band. It’s a good one for the girl on the go !

The curly fringe I find fresh, super cute and softer on the face. This also creates the illusion of a fuller head of curls. It’s actually one of my favourite styles I’ve done on Rochelle.

The slick half up half down is definitely a strong statement look. Using a wet gel, I use L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONAL TECNI ART GLUE mixed with water (no heat) to pop the hair into a ponytail. Add extensions of your choice if you want to amplify your look. I would accessorise this with some fur bobbles, marble hair ties or even a scrunchie!

Adding braids to your curls can be great for many reasons! Not only do they look wicked, they can add that extra edge, keep those shorter pieces at bay and also the variety to choose from is endless! If you’ve been gifted with being able to do them on your own hair you’ve got a head start. If not, you can always get your bff, your mom or siblings to lend a hand. Adding clips, beads or rings to your braid takes them to the next level.
